While our No Contact Kickboxing class is geared toward developing endurance, Contact Kickboxing is more about using techniques in self defense. During this training session you’ll practice techniques on heavy bags, Thai pads and focus mitts then apply them with a partner. The last part of the class will be light contact sparring. Gloves, shin guards and mouth guards are required for everyone. Groin protection is required for guys and highly recommended for the gals. We'll coach the beginners through the basics and help the more experienced keep sharp.
